Having achieved Bronze Rights Respecting School in December showing our commitment to children’s rights, we are now actively working towards our Silver Status.
This involves ensuring pupils are Rights Aware of our status and focusing on learning. This involves setting up a steering group who were successfully elected as part of our pupil Parliament elections at the end of February.
In collaboration with the PSD lead in school we are now ensuring pupils are ‘rights aware’ through the carefully planned and structured lessons they underpin school life.
